Dustin Ramsey is returning for his second stint at Georgia Military College as the Defensive Coordinator. He previously coached the Bulldogs as a Linebacker/Safeties coach for the 2011-2012 seasons.

Ramsey returns to GMC after spending the spring at the University of Buffalo as a Defensive Analyst working with the Safeties. Before Buffalo, he worked with the Secondary as a Defensive Analyst at Georgia Southern University. He joined the Georgia Southern staff after spending the 2018 Season at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte as a Quality Control assistant working with Linebackers.

Ramsey spent the 2013-2015 seasons as the Defensive Line coach at North Greenville University in South Carolina.

In 2010, Ramsey coached Linebackers at Appalachian State University.
While in Boone, NC, the Mountaineers won the Southern Conference Championship and advanced to the third round of the FCS Playoffs.

Ramsey began his coaching career in 2009 at Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC as a Student Assistant while completing his degree in Business Administration. He played his college career at Gardner-Webb University as a Safety. While at Gardner-Webb, the Running Bulldogs were the Big South Conference Champions in 2002 and 2003.

Ramsey is a native of Hartwell, GA, and played his high school career at Hart County High School.

He currently resides in Milledgeville, GA.
