Leland Ready is entering his second season as the offensive coordinator/quarterback’s coach at Georgia Military College; in the offseason, Ready was named Assistant Head Coach. 
In his first season as OC, the Bulldogs lead the NCJAA in rushing yds per game with 241.2 yards per game, as well as leading the nation in yards per attempt at 5.9 per rush. In his first season, the Bulldogs fished with a 7-5 record and ranked 11th in the final poll.
Ready comes to GMC after spending the 2022 season as the Offensive Coordinator at Coffee High School in Douglas, Georgia, where he also coached the QBs. While at Coffee, the Trojan offense averaged 40 points per game, leading all Division 5A in scoring during the regular season. The Trojans advanced to the Quarter Finals in the GHSA state playoffs.
He spent 2020-2021 as the Offensive Analyst at Georgia Southern University, working with the Quarterbacks, Tight Ends, and Running Backs. Ready also served as the assistant to the Head Coach. During his time at Georgia Southern, Ready was also a part of the 38-3 victory over LA Tech in the New Orleans Bowl (2020).
During the 2017-2019 seasons, Ready served as the Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks coach for the Jeff Davis County (GA) football team.
